Your dedicated Account Manager will be responsible for facilitating any transactions between you and your providers. These include: Ordering new phones, replacing old/lost or stolen phones, ordering accessories, activating new services, changing rate plans or user names, and canceling or suspending lines of service.
All requests to your Account Manager are logged as cases within our client portal and have specific service level requirements for response/resolution.
Internal escalation criteria and multiple levels of support ensure that your Account Manager always has the resources to address your issues quickly and completely.
