Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients to maintain optimal account relationship, obtain feedback on products, and share new value-added services and offerings.
- Manage administrative processes for accounts
- Serve as primary escalation point for internally originated issues or activities on the account during utilization of the account management program.
- Lead and expedite the root cause analysis procedures for internally originated issues when client setbacks or complaints are identified
- Seek direction from leadership for resolutions, quality control, or process improvements requiring additional resources.
- Take responsibility for managing account reporting activities
- Act as primary channel for account-related email. Monitor all incoming account email and act as secondary point of contact for Strategic Account Manager. Assume strategic account manager role and responsibilities when SAM is not in the office or is unavailable.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years successful sales, marketing, training, and/or customer service experience
- Business degree (Marketing major preferred) and/or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize daily commitments and projects
- Clear and persuasive communication skills
- Creative problem solving abilities and ability to utilize feedback and make decisions
- Able to understand and interpret client account and data results.
- Skillful at information gathering; able to create solutions or follow current standard operating procedures as appropriate.
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Flexible and team-oriented
- Personally committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Able to use Microsoft suite as well as other computer software programs as required
