Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients to maintain optimal account relationship, obtain feedback on products, and share new value-added services and offerings.
- Oversee monthly strategy for each account to monitor and handle changing client needs; review monthly proposed plan changes and conduct oversight discussions with clients
- Work with analysts to determine account trends and possible client needs; conduct presentations to communicate these to the client.
- Serve as primary point of escalation for certain complex issues and activities
- Lead and expedite root cause analysis procedures when client setbacks or complaints are identified; establish resolution for client issues by collaborating with other departments; communicate with management as necessary
- Lead client-originated and/or large scale client projects; manage timelines, resources, and all communications with client
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and reading comprehension
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
- Maintain a professional image and work environment.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to excellence in customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative problem solving skills and ability to utilize feedback and make decisions
- Ability to think critically and analyze, understand, and interpret client data
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Crystal Reporting, Salesforce, Telecom Lifecycle Tracker, and Advantix Solutions Internal software preferred
