Reporting Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain working and up-to-date knowledge of provider and client details
  • Check all Port, Cancellation, and Suspension requests
  • Analyze and reconcile discrepancies in client and provider statements
  • Add and remove rate plan and features to client profiles
  • Prepare and deliver client account statements
  • Assist in completing account optimization analysis
  • Make adjustments in Telecom Lifecycle Tracker
  • Maintain SalesForce case records and client profiles
  • Attend all required meetings and training sessions
  • Perform tasks in a timely/efficient manner and meet deadlines
  • Assist with overflow of report and optimization requests
  • Correct statement profiles as needed for account analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, or 6 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong personal commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and accuracy at all times
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze, understand, and interpret client accounts and data
  • Creative problem solving abilities and ability to utilize feedback and make decisions
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment
  • Consistent professionalism at all times
  • Able to calculate various figures and amounts, including discounts, device costs, features, and accessory prices.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Crystal Reporting, Salesforce, Telecom Lifecycle Tracker, and Advantix Solutions Internal software preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
