Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Consulting, Administrative, and Reporting projects
- Manage manual approval process during client implementation
- Assist in coordinating, editing, and distributing newsletter
- Reporting on RIM IMEI devices
- Provide backup and overflow assistance for Account Managers (non-client facing)
- Work with clients on established schedule to maintain available device selection
- Device inventory and provisioning
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, or 6 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of training and degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and reading comprehension
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
- Personal commitment to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative problem solving skills and ability to utilize feedback and make decisions
- Ability to understand and interpret client accounts and data
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment
- Consistent professionalism at all times
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Crystal Reporting, Salesforce, Telecom Lifecycle Tracker, and Advantix Solutions Internal software preferred
- Valid driver’s license
