Leadership

Brad Frazier

Brad Frazier serves as CEO and President. A native Texan, Brad was born in Fort Worth. Although he pursued other successful opportunities around the country, he returned to Texas in 1996. Brad has been with Advantix Solutions Group since its inception in 2001, coming to the table at that time with 12 1/2 years of experience in the wireless industry and leadership.

Brad’s vision and leadership have been instrumental in guiding the growth and direction of Advantix. He daily fills the role of manager-as-coach, empathetically listening, developing the potential in individual employees, and recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities. Attributing his success in life to a solid upbringing from his parents, Brad believes that success requires both dedication and passion, and believes that it is a matter of one aspect of life spilling into all aspects of life. This philosophy is most evident in his active involvement with shaping Advantix’ business model and implementation of long-term goals, as well as his involvement in the community.

Along with his wife Denise, daughter Macy, and son Brody, Brad is a part of Stonebriar Church, and serves his community as both a businessman and a philanthropist. A professional quarterback coach, Brad actively mentors six professional quarterbacks, nineteen college quarterbacks, and countless younger athletes. Brad considers himself to be not only as a skills coach for on-field skills, but as a life coach for their off-field values. He also serves on the Boards for the Sacred Fitness Foundation, and Online Skills Coach.

Nathan Brown

Nathan Brown serves as COO and VP of Operations. He is a native Texan who resides in Pilot Point, Texas. Nathan has been with Advantix Solutions Group since its inception in 2001 when he, with colleague and friend Brad Frazier, formed Advantix Solutions Group.

Prior to forming Advantix, Nathan began his career in the wireless industry in 1997, working for both Nextel Communications and AT&T Wireless, where he achieved national recognition, including a place in Nextel’s prestigious President’s Council. During this time, Nathan listened intently to clients’ frustrations concerning their wireless providers. He recognized the need for specialized wireless management that was committed to making the client’s wireless needs the top priority. Shortly after leaving AT&T Wireless, Nathan co-founded Advantix Solutions Group with the objective to provide client-specific wireless solutions based on maximizing value, dedicated top- level customer service, and efficiency.

Nathan’s goal is to help others experience personal and professional success in life. Nathan also has a passion for strategic leadership and business development. It is this passion for developing individuals and his love of business that have inspired his personal interests and dedication to community involvement. He serves on the board of Helping Hope, which assists families with basic needs in times of hardship. In the future, he hopes to build on his involvement by founding a non-profit with the specific mission of helping those individuals who are experiencing temporary or circumstantial setbacks despite their drive and desire to succeed.

Joshua Lipton

Joshua Lipton serves as CIO and VP of Consulting. Born in Santa Cruz, California but raised on the East Coast, Josh balances the laid-back approach of Santa Cruz with the fast paced ethic of New York City. Raised in technology, Josh received his first computer at the age of four. At nine years old, he wrote a French paper declaring his intention to become a “computer professional”. Never one to follow the beaten path, Josh home-schooled and was named a National Merit Scholar. He later enrolled in the Great Books program at St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland, although he left without graduating in order to preside over a successful Internet company from 1997 to 2000.

Josh moved to Austin, Texas, in 2001, where he became an early employee of Advantix and rose swiftly into the position he holds today. During his tenure with the organization he has transformed the company from an early start-up to an established international player in the world of complex telecommunications management services. With nearly every one of his 33 years spent around technology, he has been an early adopter of emerging tools, allowing Advantix to sustain expansive growth while consistently raising the bar for the industry at large. He serves on the advisory board of the Mobile Enterprise Summit, and regularly contributes to numerous industry sources, publications, and forums.

Having discovered Texas, he has no plans to leave. Josh loves his adoptive home state, especially the beautiful weather, which he enjoys with his wife Christina (a native Texan), and their dog, Shockey. When he is not working on reducing his golf handicap (7), he can be found playing goalie in the Austin Men’s Ice Hockey League, or watching his favorite sports teams: the New York Rangers, Mets, and Giants.
