  • Replacing old, lost, or stolen phones

  • Changing rate plans or user names
  • Canceling or suspending lines of service

The typical industry standard means that an Account Manager may be responsible for up to 10,000 – 15,000 devices. To provide the best personal support for our clients, Advantix Account Managers are responsible for an average of less than 5,000 devices, and are aided by a dedicated support staff.
