Advantix Solutions Group, Inc. (“Advantix”) has created this “Privacy Policy” to demonstrate its commitment to privacy. This Privacy Policy discloses how and when Advantix and its subsidiaries and affiliates collect, use, share and protect personal information of Advantix’s customers, prospects, partners, current and former employees, consultants, contractors, job applicants and candidates, and website visitors. This document governs information that is obtained in connection with all of the websites operated by Advantix, including but not limited to the sites www.advantixsolutions.com, tlm.advantixsolutions.com wirelessmanager.advantixsolutions.com, payments.advantixsolutions.com, and smartsim.advantix.net.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term “personal information,” as identified below, refers to information that identifies an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. The types of personal information collected and used by Advantix are identified below. Non-personal information is information that does not permit direct association with an individual. Collection and Use of Information

Customers, Prospects and Partners

Advantix collects personal information from our customers, prospects and partners. The information may be collected by members of our marketing, sales, professional services, customer support and administrative teams. The type of information collected includes but is not limited to: contact information (name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, company, etc.), user preferences, and event and conference participation information.

Advantix, in the course of providing services to customers, may receive information from customers containing one or more of the following data elements which is considered personal information relating to their employees: employee ID, name, title, location, corporate e-mail address, department/cost center, phone numbers, and corporate address. This information is obtained only with employee consent, obtained on behalf of Advantix through the employer. It is used in the course of providing services to our customers. Advantix may, with consent from the employee, accept an employee’s shipping address for the sole purpose of procuring equipment for delivery to the customer. Additionally, and only if a customer’s corporate policy permits, employees may purchase equipment with a credit card via web portal or phone. Advantix does not store credit card information in any systems – it remains transient and is submitted immediately to the supplier’s order processing system from which Advantix is procuring on behalf of the customer.

Advantix may also use the personal information it collects to respond to requests for information about our company, products and services, to manage your participation in our events, conferences, surveys and other promotions and to enable you to communicate with Advantix through email, social media pages and other interactive media.

Web Visitors

Advantix collects personal information about a visitor to our website only when the visitor chooses to provide such data. On certain pages, for example, a visitor has the opportunity to provide his/her personal information such as name, company, address, phone number, and email address. By supplying such information to Advantix, a visitor can request details about Advantix’s products and services or in the case of a customer, access Advantix services. Advantix uses the personal information it collects to respond to requests for information about our company, products and services, register your company on our sites and identify you as a registered user, and to analyze trends and statistics regarding visitors’ use of our sites.

Website/Cookies

Parties visiting Advantix websites can visit sites without providing personal information; however, computers connected to the internet contain information such as IP address and domain name which may identify the computer and network attempting to access our website(s). This information may be captured and stored for tracking and monitoring purposes. “Cookies” are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies allow the website to remember important information about an Advantix website visitor. Like many websites, Advantix uses cookies to improve the visitor’s on-line experience and to allow Advantix to better provide support to its website visitors. Advantix may also compile aggregate statistics about individuals using our site for internal, market research purposes. Current and Former Employees, Consultants, Contractors, Job Applicants and Candidates

Advantix collects personal information from its current and former employees, consultants, contractors, job applicants and candidates for human resource business reasons such as recruiting, job application and hiring activities, employee benefits administration, salary administration, tax filing, performance management and other HR related analysis, succession planning and career path planning, training administration and management and company network access and authentication. The information we receive from current and former employees, consultants, contractors, job applicants and candidates includes but may not be limited to: name, home address, work address, phone numbers (work, home, cell), email addresses (work and personal), emergency contact information, date and place of birth, family status, health information, name of employer, salary information, start and end dates of employment and job qualifications (such as educational degrees earned).

Non-Disclosure of Personal Information

Advantix will not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your personal information to third parties except as provided in this Privacy Policy.

Advantix may contract with third-party vendors and suppliers to perform certain functions on Advantix’ behalf or to enhance Advantix’ existing product and service offerings. These third parties will have access to personal information only to the extent necessary to permit them to do their jobs and in accordance with the purpose(s) for which the data were originally collected or may otherwise be lawfully processed. Advantix will use reasonable efforts to obtain assurances from such third parties that they will safeguard personal information consistent with this Privacy Policy. Where Advantix has knowledge that a third party is using or disclosing personal information in a manner contrary to this Privacy Policy, Advantix will take reasonable steps to prevent or stop the use or disclosure.

Advantix and its third-party vendors and suppliers may disclose or otherwise use your personal information where we or they reasonably believe such disclosure is needed to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request, (b) enforce the applicable contract between you and Advantix including investigations of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent or otherwise address illegal or suspected illegal activities, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Advantix, its employees and customers or the public as required or permitted by law.

Advantix may disclose personal information in connection with any reorganization, restructuring, merger or sale, or other transfer of assets. Advantix reserves the right to transfer information, including personal information, provided that the receiving party agrees to respect your personal information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and any agreements between you and Advantix.

Right of Access, Correction, and Objection

Advantix will take reasonable steps to permit users to correct, amend or delete personal information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete. If a user becomes aware that personal information Advantix maintains about that user is inaccurate, or if the user would like to update or review his or her information the user may contact Advantix via the “Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy. The user will need to provide sufficient identifying information, such as name, address, email address and customer name. Advantix may request additional identifying information as a security precaution. We will provide you with the ability to object to the processing of your personal information if such processing is not reasonably required for a legitimate business purpose as described in this Privacy Policy or our compliance with law. Additionally, we will honor your request to have your information removed from our records and systems. In the case of electronic direct marketing, we will provide you with a method to opt out of receiving further marketing materials or with a method to opt in if required by law. Security

Advantix employs reasonable and generally accepted security measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Advantix will conduct periodic audits to ensure that personal information is maintained in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
