The implementation team starts by working directly with your providers to submit the change requests recommended by our optimization process. Timing of the changes is carefully coordinated with your billing cycles in order to avoid unnecessary proration of minutes and fees.

After submitting documented changes to your providers, the implementation team works to validate that all changes are made correctly. If they locate any areas in which items have not been properly implemented, your providers are engaged to make the required adjustments and issue any necessary credits for your organization.
